Founded in 2021, Season Energy is a technology-driven building performance and energy efficiency solutions company based in Richmond, BC. Led by mechanical specialists and building science professionals.
Our Story
Season Energy was founded by Mechanical & Energy specialists and building science professionals who saw a critical gap in the industry: energy modelling and compliance workflows remained highly manual, fragmented, and time-consuming — limiting scalability and increasing costs for everyone involved.
We started by providing heat loss & heat gain assessments, performance analysis, and retrofit recommendations for homeowners, builders, and building operators. Over more than 2,000 completed assessments, we accumulated tens of thousands of building data records, building deep expertise in real-world building performance.
Today, we've expanded into a comprehensive provider of integrated building energy efficiency products and services — from Building Code compliance and load calculation through to HVAC installation, insulation upgrades, airtightness testing, and building envelope improvements. We serve residential and light commercial buildings across British Columbia.
